    After breakfast, Extra Passion Safaris guide will pick you up and drive you to Tarangire National Park, about two and a half hours away on good roads. Named after the Tarangire River, the park is a crucial water source during the dry season, attracting diverse wildlife. Famous for its large elephant herds, Tarangire also hosts giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species, often shadowed by predators like lions and leopards. The Ngorongoro Crater is a stunning natural caldera, formed millions of years ago. Within its steep walls lies a rich ecosystem of savannah, swamps, and shimmering lakes.
