    Ban Prang-Ban Nam Khouy

    Briefing with the guide and departure to the morning market for food supplies. Explore Khmu village culture in Ban Prang. Trek from Ban Prang to Ban Nam Khouy, foraging edible vegetation for a jungle picnic lunch. Visit a Lahu minority village. Note: No toilet facilities; bathing in a nearby stream.

    Ban Nam Khouy-Jungle Camp

    Trek from Ban Nam Khouy into the primary forest of Nam Ha NPA. Forage and learn about herbs and wildlife during the trek. Arrive at the jungle campsite, set up traditional hunter shelters. Unique jungle survival experience amidst ancient forest.

    Jungle Camp-Ban Nalan

    Optional early morning jungle safari. Trek downhill to Nam Ha River, stopping for a Lao jungle picnic. Continue through dense jungle, crossing rivers and climbing over fallen trees. Reach Ban Nalan for a Khmu homestay experience. Enjoy river swimming, a Baci ceremony, and cultural performances.

    Ban Nalan-Chalernsouk or Nalan-Nahome-Namlue

    Morning village exploration, coffee tasting, and traditional activities. Choose between two hiking options: Uphill trek to Chalernsouk village for transportation back to Luang Namtha or Follow the Nam Ha River to Ban Nalan Tai and trek through Khmu and Lanten minority villages, ending in Nahome-Namlue and returning to Luang Namtha.
