What to expect

Hello, welcome to reserve our services. Please provide your flight number, hotel address, mobile phone number or any other contact information. After we receive your order, the driver will confirm the order details with you one day before the trip. Once the information is confirmed to be correct, the driver will arrive at the destination ahead of time to wait for you. The driver will wait for you for free for 90 minutes at the airport according to the landing time of your flight. (Please enter the flight number and choose the flight landing time, if you choose the desiganted pick up time, then the free waiting time is 30 mins which is same as the hotel pick up.)

Please pay attention to the time. The free waiting time at the KIX(Kansai airport)is 90 minutes. The free waiting time at the hotel is 30 minutes.There will be an overtime fee if it exceeds the time limit. You need to directly pay 5000 JPY per hour to the driver.
