During this 2.5-hour workshop, you will discover the secrets of fresh handmade pasta according to tradition.

- Guided tour of the farm with insights on wheat cultivation, from sowing to harvesting and milling.
- Practical workshop with an expert who will teach you the art step by step how to prepare your orecchiette, one of the symbols of Apulian cuisine.
