Meeting and pickup
We offer pick-up service at most hotels located in the Tulum and Playa del Carmen hotel zone, as well as at a meeting point close to your accommodation in Playa del Carmen and Tulum. If your stay is in a Boutique Hotel, Hostel or Condominium, we will look for a nearby meeting point for your convenience. Pickup time will be between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.; exact details will be sent two days prior to your activity date. You will receive the exact details by email two days before the date of your activity. Note: Please note that certain hotels with complicated access may incur an additional charge of up to $20 USD.
