- Public Holidays: Please aware there will be large crowds and heavy traffic in Chinese public holidays like May Day from May 1st to 5th and National Day from Oct 1st to 7th. Potential holiday traffic delays – appreciate your understanding.
- Itinerary Order：The sequence of scenic spots will be adjusted according to off-peak/peak season conditions: you may visit Huaqing Palace first then the Terracotta Army, or the Terracotta Army first then Huaqing Palace. The tour of Huaqing Palace covers the Bingjian Pavilion, with about 1 hour of free time. You may optionally watch the Xi’an Incident performance or climb Lishan Mountain at your own expense; the tour guide will not accompany you. Shuttle bus at the Terracotta Army: ¥5/person (one-way); shuttle bus at Huaqing Palace: ¥20/person. Both are voluntary and at your own cost.
- Tour Guide Service：Terracotta Army guided tour: professional on-site commentator (shared group guide) will provide in-person explanation — you will NOT be transferred to another guide!!! Guide accompaniment: The guide will leave after the tours of the Terracotta Army and Huaqing Palace. NO guide will be present during free time before performances, during performances, or on the return trip!!!
- Pick-up & Drop-off Departure: Pick-up available for hotels within Xi’an’s 2nd Ring Road. Return: Drop-off only near the Bell and Drum Towers — NOT back to your hotel!!
- Performance Information：The guide will NOT accompany any performances; waiting time may be long. Everlasting Regret Show Times: 1st show: 18:50 2nd show: 20:15 3rd show: 21:40 4th show: 23:05 Subject to adjustment by the scenic spot. Show times for Xi’an Eternal Love, Legend of Camel Bell, Empress of the Tang Dynasty are subject to daily arrangement and may be adjusted according to peak/off-peak season. - Vehicle Transfer： Morning hotel pick-up: A vehicle will pick you up to the central assembly point. During the tour: You will transfer to a dedicated vehicle from the assembly point to each scenic spot. Return trip: If you attend a performance, you will take another vehicle back to downtown near the Bell and Drum Towers after the show, with no return to your hotel.
- Optional Performances (Reference Prices)： The Xi'an Incident ·1212: RMB 258/person, approx. 60 min. The Resurrected Legion: RMB 298/person, approx. 60 min. Explore the Sleeping Emperor's Mausoleum: RMB 188/person, approx. 25 min. The tour guide will recommend these local performances during the itinerary. Participation is entirely voluntary with no compulsion. If you choose not to attend, you are free to explore the scenic area on your own and simply return to the designated meeting point at the time advised by the guide.
- Seniors: Guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a Health Declaration Form and travel accompanied by family members. Guests aged 70 or over cannot be accepted.
- Minors: Guests under 18 years old must travel with family members. Solo applications from minors will not be accepted.
- People with medical conditions, pregnant women & guests with limited mobility: We are unable to accept guests suffering from severe illnesses (including cardiovascular‑cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental disorders, severe anaemia, post‑operative recovery conditions, etc.), pregnant women and guests with limited mobility.
