After arriving in Kathmandu, a welcome dinner in Thamel is the perfect way to start your journey. Thamel is a lively area filled with great restaurants, music, and a warm atmosphere. In the evening, we’ll take you to a traditional Nepali restaurant, where you can enjoy a delicious Nepali Thali set with rice, lentil soup, vegetables, pickles, and meat or vegetarian options. You can also try local drinks like rakshi (homemade liquor) or lassi. As you dine, enjoy live cultural music and dance performances, giving you a taste of Nepal’s rich traditions. It’s a great chance to relax, meet your guide, and get excited for the adventure ahead!
We will take a domestic flight to Lukla

We will have breakfast at a hotel and meet our trekking crew
We will reach the final destination for today, Phakding village. We will walk across Dudh Koshi river to reach the village and in the evening we will walk around the Phakding Monastery. Overnight in a Lodge/Tea-house at Phakding.
Overnight at Phakding
After our breakfast at Phakding, we will start our journey and enter Sagarmatha National Park. The first checkpoint during our Everest Base Camp Trek is Monjo village.
Established in 1976, Sagarmāthā National Park covers 1,148 km2 (443 sq mi) of the Solukhumbu District in eastern Nepal's Himalayas. Its elevation ranges from 2,845 to 8,848 meters (9,334 to 29,029 feet) and includes Mount Everest. In the north, it borders the Qomolangma National Nature Preserve in Tibet Autonomous Region. It borders Makalu Barun National Park to the east and the Dudh Kosi River to the south. It is part of the sacred Himalayan landscape.
We will have our Lunch at Jorsale, which is marvelous village tucked in between Dudh Koshi River and dense forest.
Named after the first Everest Summiter, Sir Edmund Hillary, the Hillary Bridge is located just above the Dudh Koshi River, also known as the White River, which is always in a hurry to move downward in ragging mode. We will need to cross this tallest suspension bridge on our way to Everest Base Camp while we trek towards Namche.
This is the final destination of today's hike. Namche Bazaar, a beautiful and a historic town is the gateway to Everest region.
After breakfast, we will spend the whole exploring around Namche Bazaar. Our first visit will be at Sagarmatha National Park Museum aka Sherpa Museum. The museum is dedicated to the Sherpas, who are born mountaineers and have heroic history in mountaineering. We can also sight panoramic vistas of Kusum Kangaroo, Thamserku, and Kongde.
Hotel Everest View, a hotel that holds Guinness World Record for being one of the most luxurious hotel at the highest altitude. From this hotel, tourists can enjoy the finest panoramic vistas of Everest ranges while enjoying wide range of drinks and meals.
After sighting the 360 degree panoramic vista of Everest from the Everest View Hotel, we will descend towards Khumjung village for our Lunch.
Will explore around Namche Bazaar, and rest and prepare for the next day trek. Stay overnight at the same lodge/hotel that we stayed last night.
After breakfast, we will start our journey towards Tengboche. In the meantime, we will have a short tea-break at Kyanjuma enjoying the eye-dazzling vista of Ama Dablam.
We will stop by for our Lunch.
Tengboche is the final destination of today and there we can visit around this historic settlement. There is Tengboche Monastery which is the special attraction of this village and the monastery is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. Stay Overnight at Tengboche.
After our breakfast, we will head towards the next destination during our Everest Base Camp Trekking i.e. Dingboche. On the way, we will walk through Rhododendron forest and settlements like Deboche.
Our next stop is Pangboche, which is the last largest settlement while we ascend towards EBC. Afterwards, there will be very fewer tea-houses/lodges in the upcoming destinations. Besides, there are monastery, schools, large cultivation fields and terraced farmlands in the village. Whereas, this is the village that separates the trails for Everest Base Camp and Ama Dablam Base Camp. We will have our Lunch at Somare, Pangboche.
We will arrive at Dingboche village and experience the alpine vegetation and the end of tree-level. Stay overnight at Dinboche.
We will spend this day for acclimatization before ascending towards higher altitude. And for that purpose, we will hike towards Chukhung Ri, which is a famous viewpoint for several mountain ranges.
After sighting the eye-dazzling mountain panorama from Chukhung Ri, we will descend towards Chukhung for our Lunch.
We will return to Dingboche village and explore around the village then we will rest and relax while we prepare for next day trek. From Dingboche, we can sight the alternative and another face of Ama Dablam which differs from the one that we have been sighting at the lower altitude.
After having our breakfast, we will ascend towards Lobuche passing through Thukla where there are a few tea-houses and we will have our Lunch for the day. Furthermore, today we will be walk across the Thulka Pass which is a daring adventure and we will explore around the Thukla Memorial Park dedicated to late Everest region peak climbers.
Lobuche village, our final destination for today where we will be staying overnight.
If time persists and you are willing to explore, we can visit Italian Pyramid. The Ev-K2-CNR Committee created the Italian Pyramid, a high-altitude research facility in Lobuche at 5,050 meters in Nepal's Khumbu area, in 1990. This environmentally friendly, pyramid-shaped structure facilitates study in high-altitude medicine, glaciology, meteorology, and climate science. It is a well-known landmark for both trekkers and scientists as it is located on the way to Everest Base Camp. And if someone is willing to stay overnight here instead of Lobuche, we are flexible with the option since there is a tea-house available here.
Today we are going to hike towards the ultimate destination of our journey i.e. the Everest Base Camp. On the way, we shall pass through glaciers, sighting the Khumbu Icefall and closest panorama of Everest ranges and other surrounding peaks like Lhotse, Nupste, Pumori, Lola, and several other peak. During our journey, Gorak Shep is the final destination where there is accessibility of tea-houses on the way to EBC. Therefore, we will be leaving our baggage/bedding at Gorak Shep, and have our Lunch and continue hiking towards the final and ultimate destination of our trip, Everest Base Camp. After visiting the EBC, we will return to Gorak Shep for our overnight stay.
Finally, we will step at the Ultimate Destination of our trekking venture, the Everest Base Camp itself. It is like a dream come true for the trekkers to be present at such an iconic destination being surrounded by the highest mountain ranges in the world and glaciers and icefall. After exploring around the glaciers, Khumbu icefall, and the Mount Everest Expedition trail, and having our photo session, we will descend back to Gorak Shep for overnight stay.
After exploring Everest Base Camp, we will return towards Gorak Shep for our overnight stay and share our moments together. If time allows, we can also visit Kala Pathhar Helipad for the Golden Everest View during sunset which is about 40-50 mins ascend from Gorak Shep.
Early in the morning around 4 am, we will hike towards Kala Patthar to enjoy the stunning sunrise view above the Everest ranges. It is the closest and nearest viewpoint to observe and sight Mt. Everest and the Everest ranges.
After visiting Kala Patthar and enjoying the sunrise view along with the closest sights of Everest, we will descend back to Gorak Shep for breakfast and pack our backpack and prepare for the descend towards Pheriche.
We will return to Lobuche on the way to our descend towards Pheriche
We will have our Lunch at Thukla/Dughla.

We will arrive at Namche Bazaar, the overnight destination for today. Here, we can celebrate our success and for music lovers there are few rock bars as well where we can have some cold beer and enjoy the music to rejuvenate our success. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

We will stay overnight at Lukla and prepare for the flight back to Kathmandu the next day. We can rest, relax, and celebrate the last night in the Everest region.

Back to Kathmandu. We can rest and relax on our own and go for souvenir shopping, bars and pubs, and celebrate the trip before departing to own nation. In the evening, there will be a farewell dinner on behalf of Trek Curator.
