General tourists: We will pick you up from any hotel (or other location) in the Napier/Hastings area. Just let us know where you'll be when you book. Cruise ship passengers: Please take the free 10-minute shuttle from the port to Napier i-SITE. Exit the shuttle, turn left, and walk approximately 150 metres to the PINK FLAG meeting zone, where your guide will be waiting with a Hawke's Bay Experiences greeting sign.
