Pickup Information Pickup is included from most hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Cabeza de Toro. For accommodations in Verón or other areas, a nearby meeting point will be assigned, as not all locations allow direct pickup. Some hotels, due to internal policies, only allow pickup at the main entrance and not in the lobby. In these cases, you will need to wait at the hotel’s main gate. If you are staying at an Airbnb or private villa, the nearest available meeting point will be provided. Transportation may have a 10–15 minute tolerance due to other pickups along the route. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the exact pickup time and location.
