What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals area of Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR). After clearing Immigration and Customs, exit through the main glass doors and look for the red Shalom Travel logo. Your driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name.
We monitor your flight in real time, so your pickup time will be adjusted if your flight is delayed. Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable transfer to Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica.
For return transfers, your driver will pick you up at the main lobby of Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your pickup time.

What to expect
Upon arrival at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), proceed through Immigration and Customs. Exit through the main glass doors and look for the red Shalom Travel logo. Your driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. Please take a moment to verify both your name and the Shalom Travel logo, as there may be several drivers waiting in the arrivals area.
Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle. Your luggage will be safely loaded, and you'll begin a comfortable transfer to Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all passengers.
The journey takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions. Your private transfer includes one complimentary stop upon request for restrooms, meals, coffee, groceries, or any other personal needs during the journey.
For round-trip bookings, your driver will pick you up at the main lobby of Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica at the scheduled time. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before your pickup to ensure a smooth departure to Liberia International Airport (LIR).
