Experience the new WTC site with a native New Yorker using earpieces/audio which allows you to respectfully explore the Memorial while quietly hearing details. Allows space for family members to visit loved ones' names without the disturbance of a tour guide barking over their serenity. This is a place for reverence, reflection and learning - not entertainment.
This tour offers something truly rare—authenticity. As a New Yorker personally impacted by that tragic day, I don’t rely on sensationalized stories. Instead, I offer a respectful, deeply personal, and truthful account of what happened, how the city responded, and what it means today.
I don't sell museum tickets for your flexibility. Instead, please purchase directly from the Museum where you can take advantage of certain family packages and discounts.
If you want a meaningful, honest experience that honors the truth and the resilience of New York, this is the tour for you.
Tour is ENGLISH ONLY
Meet your guide on the south side of the fountain inside Silverstein Family Park. The park is just outside of the new 7 WTC building. Guide will have a pink and black sign or flag.
Tour will end near the entrance to the 9/11 Museum. If guests purchase a separate entry ticket to the museum, their guide will assist them in finding the appropriate entrance.
Guide will discuss the importance of St Paul's on 9/11, and its role in the aftermath of the event.
Tours will typically remain outside observing and discussing architectural features. However, content will be covered inside the Oculus in the event of inclement weather.
At this point the guide will discuss all the new buildings on the reimagined WTC campus, along with engineering failures in the original buildings and successes or improvements in the newly constructed skyscrapers.
