What to expect
During this experience you will discover the Italian aperitif as it is really experienced by the locals — in a relaxed, convivial way and before dinner.
We will start by preparing a classic Negroni together, telling about its Florentine origins and understanding how the balance really works in an Italian cocktail.
Next we’ll introduce you to a lesser-known local drink, often chosen by Italians when they want something lighter and easier to drink — a little “insider” moment that you’re unlikely to find on tourist menus.
We will conclude with a real Italian Spritz, prepared in the correct way, accompanied by simple snacks and a pleasant conversation.
It is not a mixology lesson nor a party — but an authentic aperitif moment, shared in the Italian way.
