We will pick you up from your hotel to start your 3 day Marrakech Desert Tour to Merzouga with an unforgettable drive from Marrakech to Dades Gorges across the High Atlas Mountains. Ascend through the (2,260-m) Tizi N'Tichka Pass and see beautiful villages suspended on the flanks of the mountains. We then proceed to Ouarzazate through the impeccable stone desert, to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and the well-known film studios. After lunch enjoy our drive through the Dades Valley along the famous One Thousand Kasbahs Road, driving through the fascinating town of Skoura, and onto Kelaat Magouna which is famous for its roses. Once we arrive at Boumalne Dades you will enjoy a lovely dinner and settle in for the night.

Day 2
Dades >> Todra Gorges >> Merzouga (Night in Desert Camp) [255 km]

Todra Gorge
Departing in the morning, you’ll take in views of the ever-changing scenery along the route. Crossing the Tinghir Oasis we’ll drive through the palm groves towards Todra Gorges. In this gorgeous place limestone cliffs are divided, formed through the magnificent mountains of the Todra Massif, then dive down to the flatbed of a river. The peaks rise up to 320 m above Todra Gorges, which meanders from its source in the High Atlas Mountains. Wander within the gorges and palm groves. After lunch, continue to Tenjdad and Erfoud with palm groves and then on to to our lovely destination: Merzouga Desert There you’ll experience the camel ride through the wavy dunes of Erg Chebbi. You’ll stop to watch a lovely sunset over the vast sand dunes shifting like moving sculptures in the form of draperies. There will be time to snap some incredible photos. Once at the camp you’ll spend a magical night under the stars in nomadic tents after a delicious dinner and music party (Berber drums) with locals.

Day 3
Merzouga >> N'kob >> Agdz >> High Atlas Mountains >> Marrakech [562 Km]

Early morning risers can wake up to watch a beautiful sunrise. After breakfast you’ll ride your camel back to the departure point, or we can transfer you by a 4WD car as an alternative. We will then depart the Merzouga Sahara desert back to Marrakech on a different road to Ouarzazate via Rissani, Alnif, Tazarine, N'kob, and Agdz (Daraa Valley). We will stop for coffee or tea and lunch along the way. Then we will continue via the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, marking the end of your tour filled with unforgettable memories to last a lifetime.
