What to expect

During this practical and engaging Tuscan cooking class, travelers will be welcomed to your family-run farm immersed in the countryside near Montepulciano.

Together we will prepare a fresh handmade pasta, following traditional Tuscan recipes handed down for generations. Participants will learn how to knead the dough, shape the pasta and prepare a seasonal dressing using local ingredients.

During the lesson we will talk about Tuscan gastronomic traditions, rural life and the importance of peasant cuisine.

At the end of the cooking class, guests will sit at the table to enjoy lunch prepared together, accompanied by local wine and typical products, in a relaxed country atmosphere.
