The certified, passionate captains and guides with deep Tahitian marine knowledge maximize your chances for incredible discovery. We ensure safe, ethical, authentic immersion, prioritizing respectful observation and strict adherence to regulations, protecting these incredible animals.
If conditions are favorable and whales are calm, we may offer a respectful snorkeling experience. Whales are in control, engaging on their terms for non-invasive interaction.
Perfect for nature lovers, this tour includes all snorkeling and safety equipment. Gain insights into whale behavior, migration, and conservation from your guide. Our commitment to minimizing environmental impact is reflected in small group sizes (6 max), certified guides, and eco-friendly practices.
Guests wishing to enter the water must be confident swimmers and physically fit enough for open-ocean swimming at least 100 meters independently and without assistance.

- Participants must be able to enter and exit the water independently and have sufficient strength and mobility to get back onto the boat using our recovery sled.

- What’s included? Premium masks/snorkels/fins, wetsuits, towels, drinks and snacks.
- How strong a swimmer do I need to be? For whale swims, you should be comfortable fin-swimming in open ocean at a brisk pace for short intervals. If you prefer, you can stay on the boat.
- Minimum age for in-water whale swimming : 15
- Maximum age for in-water whale swimming : 65
- Participants must be comfortable using a mask, snorkel and fins, and able to manage water entering their equipment without assistance.
