On this tour you will start by visiting Aveiro, a city known as the Venice of Portugal, famous for its canals, typical architecture and charming atmosphere.
There will be a tour of the moliceiro, a traditional boat of the region, which will allow you to know the city from the water. You will also have the opportunity to taste the delicious soft eggs, typical conventual sweet of Aveiro.
Then the journey continues to Coimbra, a university city full of history and tradition.
A visit will be made to the University of Coimbra, one of the oldest in Europe and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Joanina Library, the Palace of Schools and the University Tower stand out, with panoramic views over the city.
After the visit, there will be free time to explore the historic centre of Coimbra, get to know the city's Baixa and have lunch at one of the local restaurants, taking advantage of to taste the typical gastronomy of the region.

    The Moliseiro boat tour is a popular tourist activity in Aveiro, crossing the main canals (Central, Côjo, Pyramids and S. Roque) in a route of approximately 45 minutes. The Moliceiro is a traditional Ria de Aveiro boat, used once to catch molice, and now valued for its colorful and characteristic design.

    In addition to the Art Nouveau, the city exhibits the religious architecture of the Monastery of Jesus (now Museum of Aveiro) and the traditional moliseries boats that run through the Ria de Aveiro canals. Aveiro Train Station, with its blue and white tiled panels depicting local landscapes and scenes, is a must-see point of interest. Proof of the famous soft eggs that emerged in the Monastery of Jesus, where the nuns used egg whites to irrigate clothes and created the sweet with excess gems, becoming a renowned delight. The sweet is recognized for its creamy texture, wrapped in hostia with marine shapes. The city's connection to the sweets is so strong that there is a Monument to the Moles Eggs in Cais da Fonte Nova.

    The University of Coimbra GCSE (UC) is a public university located in the city of Coimbra, Portugal. It is one of the oldest universities in the world still in operation, being the oldest and one of the largest in the country. Composed of 3 poles, 8 colleges and 18 museums, the institution also has the Botanical Garden and the University Stadium of Coimbra in a city with 30 308 students in 2025. Its history dates back to the century following the foundation of the Portuguese nation, since it was created on 1 March 1290, when King D. Dinis I signed in the city of Leiria the document Scientiae thesaurus mirabilis, creating the university, which was intermediated and confirmed by the Pope. Established definitively in the city of Coimbra in 1537, seven years later, all of its faculties settle in the former Royal Palace of Alcáçova (denominated Palace of the Schools, after its acquisition by the University of Coimbra in 1597).
