At the MUSE in Trento, the visit goes up and down like a mountain: you start on the top floor, among ice and peaks, and descend to the origin of life on Earth. The building itself, designed by Renzo Piano, recalls the Listing of the Dolomites.
It is a museum to touch: interactive experiments on physics and technology, a tropical greenhouse with plants from East Africa, and a central void where skeletons and animals hang in mid-air. It appeals to curious adults and children.
With the timed entry ticket, you enter without queuing at the ticket office and roam freely for about two and a half hours. The temporary exhibitions of the route are included and the historic center is a few minutes' walk away.
Visit the MUSE independently, the Science Museum of Trento designed by Renzo Piano: six floors from the top of the mountains to the origins of life, with glaciers and the Dolomites, alpine biodiversity, fossils and dinosaurs, human evolution, interactive exhibits, and the 600 square meter tropical greenhouse. Including temporary exhibitions of the normal route.
