All our products, whether meat or fish, are carefully prepared: salted with Gruissan salt and slowly smoked with beech wood to develop rich and authentic flavors. Every step, from raw material selection to smoking, is carried out by hand to ensure exceptional quality.

The combination of our smoked products with carefully chosen local wines, which enhance every bite and create perfect pairings. You will also have the chance to visit our smokehouse, discover behind the scenes our know-how, and understand the techniques that give our products their inimitable taste.

What to expect

During this tasting workshop, you will live a unique and authentic experience in the heart of Occitanie.
You will discover the secrets of our artisan smokehouse, where we prepare quality products, such as pork lomo, smoked sliced beef, breast or mackerel, all salted with Gruissan salt and smoked with beech wood. We will begin with a detailed presentation of our smoking techniques, before moving on to tasting these delights.

Each product will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, carefully chosen to enhance smoked flavors and offer a complete taste experience. You will learn how to combine these dishes with the best wines of the region, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, you can talk to us, ask all your questions and leave with practical tips to recreate this culinary experience at home. Join us for a moment of sharing, discovery and fun around local products, in a warm and unique atmosphere.
