My father, a chef for over sixty years, will supervise the experience helping you whenever you need it, telling anecdotes about the recipes. We'll learn how to roll out the dough, whip the cream by hand, so when you get home you can show it off with your friends. We will tell you about our history and traditions that make us unique within this country that is Italy.

What to expect
After getting your hands in the dough, we will move on to the preparation of the most authentic tiramisu you can imagine. We will use the perfect espresso, creamy mascarpone, and ladyfinger cookies that we will carefully dunk. This is not just a dessert; it is a journey through Italian tradition.
Our welcome will be full of taste: a glass of sparkling prosecco will welcome you, accompanied by homemade canapés, with a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses that will make your mouth water.
At the end of our cooking session, we will all sit together, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, to enjoy the fruit of our labor. Lunch will be a moment of sharing, with each dish telling a story. We will toast with a glass of local wine, chosen to enhance the flavors of our cuisine, before saying goodbye, with the promise of taking home not only the recipe, but also the memory of a unique experience.
