During the tour, visitors will have the opportunity to observe the region's impressive rock formations as they walk along trails filled with native vegetation. The tour will be led by a bilingual guide and a local guide, who will accompany you as you discover the secrets of the medicinal uses of plants, the history of the Zapotec culture, and the community's organisational model. The itinerary includes a walk to the base of the highest waterfall, an ideal location for taking memorable photographs. Upon returning, guests can enjoy a range of activities, including swimming and relaxing in mineral water pools. There will also be an opportunity to reflect on the mountainous landscape, which is an ideal environment for meditation or yoga practice. We advise you to come fully equipped with comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing for the walk. If you are planning to swim, please ensure you bring the following items with you: swimsuit, sandals, towel, hat, sunglasses and, if you wish, a change of clothes.
