    Discover one of Oaxaca's natural wonders: a sabino tree that is over 2,000 years old and has the widest trunk in the world. Our guide will provide a detailed account of the legends, traditions, and significance of this tree in Santa Maria del Tule. You will also have the opportunity to purchase breakfast items, including local snacks such as memelitas, tacos, empanadas, fruit, and traditional beverages.

    We understand the value of your time, which is why we have meticulously crafted a half-day tour that will provide you with an immersive experience into the culture, traditions, and natural beauty of Hierve el Agua. At the site, visitors will be able to observe the region's distinctive rock formations as they walk along trails that wind through areas of native vegetation. You will have the opportunity to learn about the medicinal uses of plants, the history of the Zapotec culture, and the community's organizational model from a bilingual guide and a local expert. The hike will lead participants to the base of the highest waterfall, an ideal location for capturing a memorable photograph. On the way back, guests can swim and relax in the mineral water pools. You will also have time to contemplate the mountainous landscape, which is an ideal environment for meditation or yoga. We recommend that you come prepared with comfortable shoes and clothing for the hike. If you plan to swim, it is advisable to bring your swimsuit, sandals, towel, hat, sunglasses, and a change of clothes if you prefer.
