  The meeting point is located at Calle Melchor Ocampo 1015, Centro, Oaxaca. Look for a blue façade with a black gate and the Zapotecos Tours sign. The staff will welcome you, assist you with check-in, and direct you to the vehicle assigned for the tour.

  The first stop is the Tree of Tule, one of Oaxaca’s most iconic natural landmarks, famous for the extraordinary width of its trunk. You’ll have time to admire it up close, learn a little about its history, and take photos before continuing the tour.

  Hierve el Agua

  Enjoy an unforgettable experience at Hierve el Agua, where a local guide will accompany you as you discover its impressive petrified waterfalls and some of the most special corners of the site. Walk along its trails, take in breathtaking panoramic views, and enjoy time to take photos or cool off in its famous natural pools.

  El Rey de Matatlan

  Discover one of Oaxaca’s most iconic beverages during a visit to a mezcal distillery. Learn about the traditional mezcal-making process, from cooking the agave in an underground pit oven and crushing it with a tahona to fermentation and distillation. To finish, enjoy a tasting of different varieties of mezcal and discover their unique flavors and characteristics.

  At the end of the tour, drop-off will be at a central location near the Zócalo in Oaxaca City, from where you can easily continue to your accommodation or keep exploring the Historic Center.
