    Arrive in Gondar by flight, known as the "Camelot of Africa" for its rich history and stunning architecture. Begin your day by visiting the Fasil Ghebbi (Royal Enclosure), a UNESCO World Heritage site that includes the 17th-century castles built by Emperor Fasilides and his successors. These magnificent structures showcase the grandeur of Ethiopia's royal past. Next, explore Fasilides’ Bath, an ancient site used for the Timkat festival, where locals celebrate Epiphany with vibrant processions and rituals. These impressive structures were erected by ancient Ethiopian kings to mark their graves and are a symbol of Axum's once-powerful empire.
