    The Swakopmund Lighthouse, an iconic landmark in Swakopmund, Namibia, has been guiding mariners along the Atlantic coast since its commissioning in 1903. It stands as a testament to the town's rich maritime history and is a popular attraction for visitors. The lighthouse tower is surrounded in close proximity by several historical monuments as follow A war Memoria site unveiled to commemorate those who died in world war II. It serves as a site of remembrance near the Lighthouse. Kaiserliches an Imperial District Court build in 1901 it served as the district magistrate’s court during the German colonial period. Marine Memorial, Erected in 1908 to honor members of the First Marine Expedition Corps who died during the Herero War 1904-1905 It stood as a monument throughout both wars. Today it remains as a historical monument near the State House.

    Swakopmund Jetty

    The Swakopmund Jetty is a historic icon where land meets the Atlantic in breathtaking harmony. Originally constructed in 1905 It facilitated maritime activities. World War I & II: Used for military logistics and transport. Current Use: A tourist attraction, offering scenic views and housing a restaurant.
