Meeting and pickup
We meet at Tenute Girolamo, at the main entrance, 5 minutes before the start of the tour. From here, our experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, followed by a guided walk through our vineyards, and concludes with a tasting of our wines.
What to expect
Begin with a guided tour of the winery, where you will dive into our winemaking and aging processes, followed by a tasting of 7 outstanding labels, including our Premium wines such as Conte Giangirolamo and Argese.
All accompanied by a rich light lunch of Apulian specialties, featuring cured meats and cheeses paired with each wine, along with olives, focaccia, and taralli served at the table.
