What to expect

This workshop combines two of Japan’s most famous specialties, sushi and sake, which pair exceptionally well. Let an English-speaking guide lead you through making sushi rolls by hand, which you will then enjoy while tasting ten types of sake with guidance from your host.
You’ll first learn the basics of making sushi rolls and get hands-on rolling your sushi with fresh ingredients. You’ll assemble your sushi set with fresh ingredients like raw tuna, mackerel, Japanese omelet, tuna mayonnaise and cucumber. Once all your sushi rolls are complete, you’ll move on to the tasting section of the experience, where you’ll enjoy your meal with ten different types of sake (non-alcoholic drinks and dessert are available as an alternative for participants under the age of 20.)
