Your driver or guide will arrive at the scheduled pickup time and may contact you by phone or WhatsApp if needed.
For airport pickups, the driver will wait in the arrival hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
For hotel or residence pickups, the driver will wait outside the main entrance or reception area.
Kindly be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
