Chocolate Experience at La Fabbrica del Cioccolato in Milan

Visit Enrico Rizzi's Chocolate Factory, located in the heart of Milan, just minutes away from Piazza del Duomo, and uncover the secrets of a handcrafted "bean-to-bar" workshop. Here, exceptional cocoa beans are transformed into chocolate, starting from roasting all the way to the final bar.

The journey begins in the sensory room, where advanced “Virtual Reality 360” technology offers an immersive and captivating experience. Explore a Peruvian cacao plantation and witness the harvesting, fermentation, and drying of cocoa beans.

The tour continues through the roasting room and the "chocoteca," a climate-controlled space where chocolate rests and matures with spices, teas, and infusions. Finally, in the laboratory area, visitors can watch the cocoa bean transformation process—from shell separation to slow stone grinding.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three to five grand cru chocolates. Depending on the ticket purchased, guests will enjoy different types of tastings.

The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes, with a maximum of 8 guests per visit.
