Leave the hotel at 7:00 AM and journey to Wat Doi Suthep, the landmark of Chiang Mai, offering a great viewpoint of the Chiang Mai valley. Inside, you will visit the winter rainbow Wachirathan Waterfalls, a must-see waterfall in this national park. Thai lunch will be served at a local restaurant in the area. Then, drive for 15 minutes to the Pha Doksew trail hiking spot and start hiking. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful nature and waterfalls until you reach the White Karen tribe village. Here, you can visit a coffee plantation farm and taste organic coffee in the tribe village. Finally, head to visit the Twin Pagodas and the beautiful flower garden around the area before returning to Chiang Mai in the evening.

Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, is located in Suthep-Pui National Park, that sits on the hill top, it's said this the landmark of Chiangmai, if you come to Chiangmai you must see this temple, if not that meant you you haven't been to Chiangmai yet. the temple is consisting of many parts, such as The Naga staircase up to the main area of temple, it's 306 steps, White Elephant statue who brought the Buddha's relic, Big old Jackfruit tree, Statues of great monk who lead people built the road from hill foot up to this temple 90 year ago, and the east part are two of viewpoint that provided for visitors for magnificent of Chiangmai city and valley, Inside the center is The Golden Chedi(stupa) that contained the holy Buddha's relic and the top sacred place of temple, Winhan Luang is the main sermon hall where the monk and public can make merit by chanting, meditating, praying and any good wishing etc.
Wat Pha Lat the hidden forest temple, it's one of the unique temple that look different from others in this area, it is consisting of the two of sermon halls, several type of Buddha images in the area of temple, the highlight is The Old Pagoda that built in Burmese style from many hundred of years and some of view point spot for Chiangmai city.
Doi Thanon National Park, it's one of most popular National Park of Thailand, there are some beautiful places and nice to visit , Wachirathan the winter rainbow warterfall, it's a must fall of this National Park, the most recommended from June to Jan, but it's still can visit all year round, Thai Lunch will be served at the local in the area.

Pha Dok Sew Trail, It’s the most popular hiking trail that you can do all year round in the park, will hike down hill with the local guide, mostly downhill, under the shadow, aside of the creeks, there some of beautiful waterfall, the highlight of this trail is Pha Doksew waterfall ( Doksew is the name of native flower in this area), the biggest and most beautifull, Further more you will walk through the rice terrace(green field is in rainy season), coffee plantation farm and native plants until the village.
Ban Maklang Luang , its one of the white Karen tribe village, that located in the middle of National Park, The people here they are farmers and live by farming,(rice, fishing, and part of tousim), accommodation for tourist etc, Over here you will see and learn how to make and taste of organic arabica coffee before time to return to Chiangmai city in the evening.
