What You’ll Learn:
- How to make authentic ramen broth from scratch, using simple ingredients and techniques that are easy to replicate at home.
- How to prepare tender and flavorful chashu pork as a perfect topping for your ramen.
- How to master the art of making and folding gyoza with a handmade filling.
- How to perfectly pan-fry gyoza to achieve its signature crispy and golden bottom.
- Basics of Japanese table setting.

If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs. This menu can be adapted for vegetarians, but unfortunately, it is not suitable for a gluten-free diet.

The vegetables used in the side dishes will vary depending on the season.

This is a Home-style Ramen & Gyoza class; therefore, we do not prepare egg noodles or gyoza wrappers from scratch. However, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make Dashi broth and ramen soup entirely from scratch. We appreciate your understanding.
