What to expect

Join a guided Japanese tea tasting led by a tea professional who works directly with small farms across Japan. You’ll sample seven different teas, from roasted hojicha to fresh sencha, served bar-style while learning how origin, processing, and brewing affect flavor. Enjoy an interactive tea talk, and finish by browsing a curated souvenir selection. Visuals help explain tea’s history and production, and all tea, tools, and cups are included.
