Once the booking is confirmed, we will send a notification to their phone and email. Clients will need to provide specific details, such as their pickup point, arrival time (if arriving at the airport or port), or departure time (if leaving Dubai). For departures, they must also specify their hotel pickup location to ensure seamless service.
