1The Alhambra
Your certified guide will meet you at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time of the booked tour. Once the group is gathered, we will access the reception area to start the visit. We will stop at the Nasrid Palaces, the jewel of the Alhambra, where we will admire the delicate Islamic architecture of the Court of the Lions and the Hall of the Ambassadors, among other emblematic spaces. We will walk through the gardens of the Alhambra, designed to evoke the Islamic paradise with fountains, fragrant flowers, and paths surrounded by vegetation. In the Generalife, the sultans' recreation residence, we will stop at the Acequia Courtyard and the Sultana's Cypress Courtyard, two spaces full of history and legends. The visit also includes the Alcazaba, the defensive fortress of the Alhambra, and the Palace of Charles V, a masterpiece of the Spanish Renaissance. Completing thus a complete vision of this unique monumental set.

- Each traveler must carry an original and valid passport or identification document that exactly matches the name provided in the reservation to be able to access the Alhambra
- We do not answer the phone on Sundays, only by email or WhatsApp due to staff rest.
- During peak season (January-June, September-November) schedules may be subject to change due to limited availability of full tickets.
- Changes of day, time or name are not allowed once the reservation has been made, due to monument regulations. Tickets are nominative, personal and non-transferable to avoid resale and for security reasons.
- All participant details are mandatory: Entries to the Alhambra are nominative, so all reservations must include the full name as it appears on the passport, passport number and nationality of each participant. In addition, it is mandatory to include the telephone number of the person responsible for the reservation. Incomplete reservations will be cancelled automatically.
- Correct Classification of Children and Infants : Tickets for children and infants must be selected according to the actual age at the date of the visit. Reservations that do not meet this condition will be cancelled.
- This tour requires at least 6 participants to be able to take place. If this minimum is not reached, an alternative will be offered, such as audio-guided tickets and the corresponding partial refund or a change of time of your visit.
- It is essential to provide the contact telephone of the main traveler of the booking
- Availability of tickets : If the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra indicates that there is no availability and therefore we cannot get tickets, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. No additional compensation is provided.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of tickets for visits in high season if they are not purchased at least two months in advance of the scheduled date.
