Sabores de Andalucia Menu: Each diner chooses a starter, a main course and a dessert. Starters : Mixed board of Iberian ham and cheese, Cordoba salmon with taquitos of ham and olive oil ice cream, salad "Axarquía" with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, purple onion, kumquats, cream of avocado and mango vinaigrette. Main courses: Corvina in gazpachuelo with starched and chopped potato of prawns; gratin cod loin with paprika ai-oli and spinach with chickpeas; grilled Iberian prey with cut stick sauce and gratin of artichokes; baked vegetable rice with artichoke flower and truffle ai-oli.
