Start your adventure with a stroll through the lively Kuromon Market, where colorful stalls are filled with fresh seafood, vegetables, meat, and traditional Japanese sweets. Enjoy chatting with friendly vendors while your guide selects the best ingredients for today’s sushi-making.

After exploring, take a short 5-minute walk to our cozy kitchen studio. Learn how to make Osaka-style box sushi (hako-zushi) — beautiful pressed sushi made by layering rice, egg, vegetables, and seafood using traditional wooden molds.

Once your sushi is ready, take some great photos and enjoy your meal with a light appetizer. Then relax with matcha and a Japanese sweet, the perfect way to end your experience.

Families are warmly welcomed! Children can join in or play in our kids’ area designed by a certified nursery teacher.
All sessions are private at no extra charge, and vegetarian or dietary requests are always welcome.
