What to expect

The driver will greet you with your name tag at the exit of the arrival hall. The waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. The driver will take you to the hotel. The transfer name, flight number, and boarding address must be provided.

If for any reason you are unable to find our local representative, you must call the number on your assistant voucher before taking any other action.
If there is a change in the received/checked out information, you must immediately change your reservation.
Unless otherwise specified, each person is allowed to carry 1 piece of medium-sized luggage. Hand luggage must be small enough to fit on the knee. If your luggage exceeds the parking space, you will be responsible for paying for the luggage transportation taxi fare.
