2. If you have any changing, e.g. flight, drop-off place, please inform us before boarding the plane.
3. The driver will pick you up from the exit of arrival hall with your name. If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
4. Unless otherwise stated, free waiting time is 1 hour (domestic flights) and 2 hours (inbound flights) after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released.
5. Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
