What to expect
The driver will meet you at the parking lot. The waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.
For H/A ( hotel to Airport)
The meet place is in hotel lobby. The pick-up time is 3hours in advance for international flight, 2 hours in advance for domestic flight. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.

• Tips are not included, these are at your discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released.
• Porterage is not included.
• If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• **If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.**
• **If your pick up/drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.**
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.Show less
