Meeting and pickup
Pickup and Transfer Policy For airport arrivals, travelers will be met outside the arrival hall. For hotel pickups, our team will wait at the reception area or at any designated location specified by the traveler. For departures, pickup timings are as follows: International flights: Pickup will be scheduled 2 to 3 hours prior to departure. Domestic flights: Pickup will be scheduled 1 hour prior to departure. These timings are arranged to ensure a smooth and timely transfer. Pickups from locations other than the airport can be arranged upon request.
What to expect
Your driver will stay in contact with you and provide real-time updates regarding their arrival, as well as any factors that may affect your transfer. Rest assured, we are committed to making your journey as seamless and comfortable as possible, from pick-up to your specified destination.
