The menu you will prepare includes:

- Lightly fried vegetables with spicy lemon aioli
- Fresh citrus salad
- Handmade pasta with Calabrian chile tomato sauce
- Classic tiramisu

Over 3 hours, you’ll practice pasta-making techniques, sauce preparation and plating skills, leaving with recipes and confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

What to expect

Enjoy a small group 4-course Italian pasta cooking class in Southeastern Sacramento, hosted through Cozymeal and limited to 8 guests. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to make pasta from scratch, prepare fresh tomato sauce, and master classic Italian techniques.
