The menu you will prepare includes:

- Green curry
- Chicken and shrimp pad Thai
- Mango sticky rice

In 2.5 hours, you’ll learn techniques for balancing sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavors while mastering essentials like lemongrass, galangal, tamarind and palm sugar.
