What to expect

We offer Buddhist experiences and Japanese cultural experiences at our Buddhist temple, located in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan.

In the main hall, you will experience reading Buddhist scriptures, learn about the temple's history and the Buddhas, and try calligraphy, a Kanji character that relates to you. The calligraphy-art work you create will be mounted as a hanging scroll called Kake-jiku, making it a wonderful souvenir of your travels.

After the experience, please take a moment to relax and enjoy the peaceful view of our Japanese garden with a cup of warm matcha (powdered green tea) and traditional Japanese sweets.
