The mill is located in Torremocha de Jarama, in the heart of the Sierra Norte de Madrid, a natural environment that enhances the quality of oils.
The activity consists of:
Guided tour of the mill: They will know the entire production process, from the reception of the olives to the extraction of the oil, through the different stages of preparation.
Presentation "Fanum-Cultur": The main trends in the oil sector will be analysed.
Tasting and tasting of the different oils according to their quality and variety.
