What to expect

Upon reaching the archaeological zone, the tour begins at the Citadel, exploring the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, one of the most impressive structures with its sculptures of feathered serpents and figures of warriors. Next, you walk along the Causeway of the Dead, the large ceremonial avenue that connects the main buildings of the city and offers spectacular views of Teotihuacan architecture. Next, you visit the underground neighborhoods, old residential complexes and hidden tunnels that reveal more about the daily lives of the Teotihuacans and their housing systems. Afterwards, we ascend the imposing Pyramid of the Sun, the largest structure on the site, from whose top you can admire the entire city and better understand its layout. Finally, we visit the Pyramid of the Moon, with a privileged view of the Plaza de la Luna and the surrounding temples. Then, there is free time for photography, rest, self-exploration, or craft shopping.
