Vehicle Standard: You will be picked up in a clean, non-smoking, and well-maintained vehicle. For 5-seater sedan bookings, we recommend a maximum of 3 passengers with 3 standard-sized suitcases to ensure comfort.

On the day of your arrival, we monitor your flight status in real-time. Whether your plane lands early or is delayed, your driver will be synchronized with your actual landing time.
3. Seamless Meet & Greet (Finding Your Driver)
The Spot: After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, head to the Arrival Hall Exit.
The Sign: Look for our professional driver will be holding a clear paging sign with your NAME and HOTEL NAME prominently displayed.

4. Luggage Assistance & Boarding
Your driver will assist you with your suitcases and lead you to the nearby premium parking area. You will board a clean, air-conditioned, and non-smoking vehicle (5-seater sedan or MPV depending on your choice).
5. Direct Route to Destination
Direct Service: This is a private transfer, meaning the vehicle is exclusively yours.
