Meeting and pickup
Please contact Lisanne at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your booking and preferred location. Sessions take place at your accommodation anywhere in Ibiza or at a private indoor or outdoor venue. Private venue or studio rental can be arranged upon request (additional costs may apply).
What to expect
This personalised session begins with gentle, mindful yoga to release tension, improve body awareness, and calm the nervous system. You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing state through subtle breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
From there, you’ll experience an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other carefully selected instruments. The vibrations help the body unwind, support mental clarity, and bring you into a state of deep rest and balance.
Sessions take place at your accommodation, or at a private indoor or outdoor venue in Ibiza. Studio or venue rental can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
