Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup directly from your accommodation in Banja Luka, followed by a scenic drive south into the dramatic Vrbas River Canyon. The Vrbas River is widely recognized as one of the best rivers for white-water rafting in all of Europe. The absolute highlight of the river is the spectacular Tijesno Canyon, a breathtaking, narrow gorge where professional local guides will lead your rafting tour. After a safety briefing and gear fitting, you will spend 2.5 hours on the water, navigating thrilling rapids, taking a dip in the refreshing river, and even trying out some cliff jumping if you feel brave!

2Krupa Water Falls
After drying off, we head to Krupa na Vrbasu, located just 25 kilometers from Banja Luka. Celebrated as one of the most beautiful excursion sites in the entire region, this is where the crystal-clear Krupa River flows over stunning, frothy cascading waterfalls into the Vrbas. Right next to these foaming cascades, you will see historic wooden watermills that are still actively grinding flour today. While taking in the scenery, you will be treated to a delicious, authentic local snack: freshly fried, warm uštipci (traditional dough fritters) served with rich, locally sourced cheese and savory kajmak. If you are looking for a heavier meal, there will also be free time allocated where you can choose to order a full lunch at a beautiful riverside restaurant. The afternoon blends light adventure with rich history. We will take a gentle guided hike up to the 13th-century St. Elijah Monastery and the natural stone bridge structure (Kameni Most).

3Etno Muzej Ljubacke Doline
o wrap up the day, a scenic drive takes us up into the hills to the village of Ljubačevo. You will enjoy a guided walk through the Etno Selo Ljubačevske Doline, an immersive open-air museum showcasing traditional life, crafts, and centuries-old wooden architecture. Finally, relax on a comfortable drive back to Banja Luka, arriving just in time for your evening plans.
