Meeting and pickup
We meet in the lobby of Kemi Snowcastle. Come there at least 15 minutes before the activity starts. You will meet me at the info / sales desk right next to the entrance.
What to expect
We will journey 500 meters deeper into the island's tranquility to reach a specially prepared shelter. Here, the warmth and glow of a crackling campfire awaits. Settle in to enjoy some BBQ, hot berry juice, and cookies. This extended period offers ample opportunity to explore the fascinating ruins and absorb the peaceful, isolated atmosphere. Most importantly, with the fire keeping you warm and comfortable, you will have a prime, undisturbed location for spotting the majestic Aurora Borealis. This is not just a walk; it is an immersive expedition into the history and untouched beauty of the Arctic night.
