You´ll be able to understand what the process of the development of the chinampas (man made islands) since a time that is before the arrival of the Aztecs to the lake, the people from Xochimilco predates them, also you´ll learn about the different flora and fauna that exist in the canals and will have the opportunity to see the famous salamander, the Axolotl that has the ability to regenarate any of it´s extremities.
You´ll experience the boat ride in the main canals of Nativitas in a private Trajinera with the lunch prepared by the local people and with the music of the mariachis as we are cruising the main canal for a couple of hours. Also we'll see a nursery that produces plants and flowers for Mexico City.
