This is more than a hike—it's a chance to ground yourself in peace, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world and your inner self. We’ll wander beneath towering sequoias, pause for reflection, and open up to the wisdom this ancient ecosystem holds.

Through guided meditation, mindful journaling, and quiet observation, you’ll deepen your sense of presence and purpose. Optional chakra work is available for those seeking deeper energetic alignment.
