Traveling by 4x4 to explore the island’s interior (in a vehicle designed for everyone’s comfort) allows you to appreciate the stunning landscapes of the caldera, a remarkable reminder of the island’s volcanic past. You’ll discover local plantations — pineapples, coconut trees, moringa, taro, and more depending on the season — with insightful commentary from your guide.
